You think you know Bruce Lee’s philosophy? Learn what you can’t get from a Bruce Lee book or movie. This camp experience will offer you 3 full day hands-on teachings from Bruce Lee specifically designed by his daughter Shannon Lee and the Bruce Lee Foundation.
Each camp will include:
- Interactive & hands on lectures about Bruce Lee’s teachings
- Combat sport training (Weapons, MMA, & Sport Karate)
- Active stretching and mobility
- Athletic speed, endurance, and plyometric training
- Fight choreography and script writing
- Bruce Lee swag and journals
